A caller at a First Street business reported Thursday at 9:33 a.m. that she had a found bike to turn in.

A summons was issued after a caller at a First Street West business reported Thursday at 12:47 p.m. that someone had stolen a computer. No details on charges were provided.

A vehicle crash with an injury was reported on Second Street at 2:54 p.m. Thursday.

Two arrests were made after a caller at a First Street Northeast residence reported Thursday at 6:42 p.m. smelling marijuana. No details on charges were provided.

Jason James Keeler of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported Thursday at 9:48 p.m. a white Ford pickup truck was swerving on the road.

A caller on Boulevard Avenue reported Thursday at 10:32 p.m. that a pit bull attacked the caller's cat.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

David Scott Getner of Laurel, Delaware, 33, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, no vehicle insurance, operating a vehicle without a valid registration, other traffic crime and speeding, during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East Thursday at 2:23 p.m.

Kiana Lee Roastingstick of Great Falls, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 3:51 p.m.

A summons was issued after a caller reported Thursday at 6:51 p.m. that a car went into the ditch after being cut off. No details on charges were provided.

Trey Cole Stiffarm of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and minor in possession, after a U.S. Highway 2 East caller asked officers Thursday at 11:18 p.m. for help removing her three sons, who had been drinking and being aggressive, and one was beating on her van.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Firefighters responded to two calls: one at 6:49 p.m. on the 600 Block of 15th Street and the other at 7:44 p.m. on the 1600 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East, but no one was available to provide narratives on the calls.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat, one long-hair cat, two 8-week-old medium-hair kittens and one 11-week-old medium-hair kitten all of unknown gender, and two medium-hair male cats, two short-hair female cats, one medium-hair female cat and one long-haired cat.

The shelter also held this morning one female mixed-breed dog, two female shepherd-Labrador retriever dogs, a male shepherd dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a male Dachshund 6-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy.
