Havre Police Department

A pick up and hold order was served on a juvenile at Havre High School Tuesday at 10:36 a.m., and the juvenile was transported to the youth detention facility in Great Falls.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Tuesday at 1:11 p.m. that an intoxicated man needed to be removed from the parking lot.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and resisting arrest, after a caller on First Street Northeast reported a trespasser Tuesday at 6:40 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on 16th Avenue West in Box Elder reported a dog bite at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday.

Enrique Sanchez Guerrero Jr. of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on an assault charge, after a caller on 15th Street Northeast reported Tuesday at 11:20 p.m. that someone was trying to break in through the back door.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to a 7:53 p.m. call on the 7000 Block of Second Street Northwest about a bleach smell making people at the location sick. The HFD crew stayed on site 15-20 minutes but a smell was not detected.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair 7-month-old kitten, five short-hair 9-week-old kittens, four medium-hair 13-week-old kittens, three medium-hair 6-month-old kittens, three medium-hair 6-week-old kittens and one medium-hair 23-week-old kitten, all of unknown gender along with two medium-hair female cats and one long-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning one female and one male mixed-breed 17-week-old puppies, one female and one male Labrador retriever dogs, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a female corgi-pit bull 7-month-old puppy, a make mixed-breed dog and a male pit bull terrier 9-month-old puppy.

The shelter was also housing one 3-week-old female mixed-breed puppy and one male and two female mixed-breed 8-week-old puppies. Six 8-week-old puppies and a female mixed breed dog were being fostered off-site.
