Albert Lee Goldsmith of Harlem, 51, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge, after a Monday 10:29 a.m. caller at a First Street business reported a theft that occurred Sunday.

James Thomas Block of Havre, 49, was arrested on a charge of failing to register as a sexual or violent offender, after officers initiated investigation of suspicious activity Monday at 2:59 p.m.

Sherman Dean Alexander Sr. of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller on Third Street reported Monday at 5:53 p.m. that a man was passed out on the lawn.
