Havre Police Department

Duke Allen McGarvey of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of dangerous drugs, after someone from another agency requested assistance at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 7:25 a.m. Wednesday.

Memory Joy Gone of Hays, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving without a driver's license, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Marlon Gerard Stiffarm of Hays, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia, during a vehicle stop on Second Street Wednesday at 9:01 a.m.

A caller reported Wednesday at 9:01 a.m. a house on Juniper Drive was egged.

An arrest was made after Montana Highway Patrol made a complaint about someone at mile marker 404 on U.S. Highway 2 East and headed westbound at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. No details on the charges were provided.

Officers investigated a temporary restraining order violation reported Wednesday at 3:52 p.m.

A Second Street caller reported at 5:58 p.m. Wednesday that a neighbor stabbed his dog in the head with a sharp object.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Leslie Annette Crazyboy of Havre, 40, was arrested on a partner or family member assault, after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Wednesday at 8:09 p.m. that two people were assaulted while driving in a car.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven female cats and four male cats.

The shelter also held a male border collie dog, two female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female Chihuahua-dachshund cross dog, a female mixed-breed 9-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed dog and two male mixed-breed dogs.
