A caller at a Third Avenue business reported Wednesday at 10:26 a.m. that an electrical box in the alley had been damaged.

An arrest was made during a 5:05 p.m. vehicle stop on Fifth Street, but no details on charges were provided.

Wednesday at 5:27 p.m., saddles and beadwork were reported stolen from Bonine Drive.

William Joseph Williams Jr. of Havre, 34, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge Wednesday at 8:45 p.m. after a caller at a First Street business reported a man was passed out in front of the building.
