Havre Police Department

The theft of a tan Toyota RAV4 was reported on First Street Friday at 3:03 p.m.

Christian Edward Eagleman of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device after a 10th Street West caller reported an assault at 6:04 p.m. Friday.

A Havre area caller asked Friday at 6:17 p.m. to speak with an officer about a recovered stolen vehicle.

Amy Jo Fisher of Helena, 51, was arrested on charges of careless driving and driving under the influence, refused to test, after a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest caller reported an erratic driver Friday at 8:58 p.m. and officers made a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East at 9:05 p.m.

A 12-year-old and a 13-year-old were each issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation, after a caller on Center Street asked at 8:36 a.m. Saturday to speak with an officer about his daughter and a First Street caller asked at 8:58 a.m. to speak to officers about her daughter.

Leah Marie Goggles of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, partner or family member assault and disorderly conduct and Peter I. Smith of Cut Bank, 36, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license after a caller on Bonine Drive reported a disturbance at 1:34 p.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a Saturday 5:53 p.m. report of a break in on 13th Street West.

A caller at Highland Cemetery reported at 7:52 p.m. Saturday that a car hit a post.

A vehicle hitting a utility pole at a First Street West business was reported Saturday at 8:07 p.m.

Holley Ranee Leo of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, served on First Street Sunday at 12:32 a.m.

A Wilson Avenue caller reported suspicious activity Sunday at 1:38 a.m.

--

Shanelle Marie Morsette of Box Elder, 27, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a First Street business reported a shoplifter Sunday at 12:24 p.m.

--

Officers provided assistance on a medical call Sunday at 8:17 p.m. on Grant Avenue.

--

Angel Leigh Belcourt of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children and disorderly conduct after a First Street caller reported suspicious activity at 1:41 a.m. today.

Corey Gerald Blacktongue of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, no driver's license and partner or family member assault after a domestic disturbance was reported on Third Street at 2:24 a.m. today and officers made a vehicle stop on Fifth Street at 2:53 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated suspicious activity reported Friday at 9:42 a.m. by call on a First Street West in Gildford.

Deputies were asked by a Kremlin caller Friday at 1:49 p.m. to make a well-being check on Kremlin Road South.

Kim Ann Pennington of Havre, 54, and Cathlyn Enox of Havre, 68, were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported shoplifters at 6:16 p.m. Friday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three Saturday, eight Sunday and two early this morning.

Firefighters were called at 11:54 a.m. Sunday to the 1600 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West on a report of arcing electrical wiring. Crew members search for signs smoke, flames and the source of the arcing, but found nothing so breakers were shut off in the structure until an electrician could examine the wiring.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 6-month-old kittens, one 11-week-old kitten four 5-week-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, three male cats, two female cats and one male 17-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held three female and one male 15-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 17-week-old mixed breed puppy, a male Akita dog, a male Australian shepherd-Chihuahua dog and a male mixed-breed dog.
