Wesley Eric Benally of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a negligent endangerment charge after officers responded to a request for assistance on 14th Avenue at 8:47 a.m. Friday.

A 3:16 p.m. Friday caller asked officers to perform a welfare check on someone on 6th Avenue.

--

A caller reported a child walking down First Street Friday at 3:40 p.m., and officers searched for but couldn't find the individual.

--

Officers provided assistance to a First Street Northeast caller who asked Friday at 4:05 p.m. to have a woman removed from the building.

--

A 10th Street caller reported at 5:05 p.m. Friday finding a phone and jacket.

--

A Friday 6:02 p.m. caller reported a man riding a bike on First Street and yelling at cars. Officers searched for but couldn't find the individual.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street caller reported an intoxicated man Friday at 7:46 p.m.

A Friday 7:48 p.m. caller reported someone tried to break into the caller's vehicle on Wilson Avenue.

--

A Second Street caller reported Friday at 8:08 p.m. a black Escalade that had been parked in the alley for a while, and officers searched for but couldn't find the vehicle.

Shila Maria Chavez of Havre, 41, was issued a summons on charges of forgery and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after a caller at a First Street establishment reported a fake $100 bill at 11:09 p.m. Friday.

--

Officers responded to a 12:34 a.m. Saturday call that a man who should not be there was sleeping inside a Fourth Street building.

--

A Ninth Avenue caller reported "baby mama drama" at 2:34 a.m. Saturday, but responding officers did not have to take further action on the incident.

--

Kiahna Cochran of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, speeding and open container and Megan Hout of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a 3:09 a.m. Saturday vehicle stop on Jefferson Avenue.

Officers responding to a 4:16 a.m. Saturday report of a party with minors on 10th Street found that the allegations were unfounded.

--

A caller reported Saturday at 2:06 p.m. hitting a utility pole on First Street West, but no further action had to be taken on the incident.

--

Officers investigated an incident related to a 2:12 p.m. Saturday request to speak to an officer from a caller on Second Street.

--

A caller on Third Street reported Saturday at 4:52 p.m. seeing a man hurt another man, and officers searched for but couldn't find either individual.

--

Officers responded to a Smithville Road caller who reported Saturday at 6:28 p.m. having information about a stolen vehicle.

--

Officers searched for but couldn't find a man reported at 6:31 p.m. Saturday to be walking on the road on 11th Street West.

--

Officers at 7:03 p.m. Saturday assisted sheriff's deputies at 37th Avenue West and Old Post Road.

--

John Michael Segna of Havre, 33, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a Ninth Avenue caller reported at 7:50 p.m. Saturday that people were fighting.

Jacob Allen Anderson of Havre, 36, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show reported at the police station Saturday at 8:02 p.m.

An 8:14 p.m. Saturday caller asked for assistance because they couldn't find their car after an incident the night before. --

Teenagers were reported Saturday at 11:04 p.m. breaking into a vehicle on Second Street Northeast, and officers searched for but couldn't find the individuals.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on First Street reported a noise complaint Saturday at 11:20 p.m. and at 1:56 a.m. Sunday.

--

Kyra Lynn Bigknife of Cut Bank, 26, was arrested on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and traffic crime, after a vehicle stop on First Street at 1:57 a.m. Sunday.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Second Street caller reported a vehicle horn being repeatedly honked Sunday at 2:31 a.m.

--

A Second Street caller reported a man running around the block yelling at 4:23 a.m. Sunday.

--

A woman was reported screaming on Fourth Street at 5:03 a.m. Sunday and on Second Street at 5:16 a.m. Officers searched for but couldn't find the source of the noise.

Terry Lynn Adamson of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of DUI after a 5:43 a.m. Sunday vehicle stop on 17th Avenue.

A Sunday 8:33 a.m. caller at a First Street West business reported having a theft recorded on video.

--

Zayne Matthew Collins of Havre, 30, was arrested on a theft charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a Second Street caller reported a theft at 8:56 a.m. Sunday and a 12:57 p.m. caller at a First Street West establishment reported seeing a man who was wanted by police.

--

A Second Street caller reported at 10:20 a.m. Sunday that three juveniles were throwing things in the caller's backyard for the sixth time in two days.

--

Mark Anthony Jarvey Jr. of Box Elder, 29, was issued a summons on a vandalism charge after a disturbance was reported on First Street Sunday at 12:54 p.m.

--

Officers returned to the owner a wallet reported found at 1:55 p.m. Sunday in the First Street alley.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Sunday 11:04 p.m. caller reported a man trying to fight everyone at a First Street establishment.

--

Terri Jean Doney of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on charges of DUI, no driver's license, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and traffic crime after a vehicle stop at 4:06 a.m. today on U.S. Highway 2 West.

--

Officers responded to seven requests over the weekend from people asking to speak with an officer, but no investigation was opened or citation or arrest made on any of the calls.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies responded to a Friday 11:29 a.m. call for assistance at Fresno Road South and U.S. Highway 87.

--

Deputies assisted an 11th Street North caller at 12:28 p.m. and 11:08 p.m. Friday, 12:07 p.m. and 12:46 p.m. Saturday and at 12:34 a.m. Sunday.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Box Elder establishment Friday at 3:22 p.m., but no investigation was opened.

--

A 3:30 p.m. Friday caller reported a woman needing help on U.S. Highway 2 West, and deputies searched for but couldn't find the individual.

--

Wayne Edwin Healy Jr. of Harlem, 34, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller reported a man in the road Saturday at 6:44 p.m. on Old Post Road.

--

Deputies were asked Sunday at 7:56 p.m. to perform a welfare check on a dog on U.S. Highway 2 East.

--

Liberty County Sheriff's Office asked deputies for assistance in Inverness Sunday at 8:03 p.m.

--

Deputies assisted two callers with inspections over the weekend.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Friday, four calls Saturday, five calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas smell Saturday, but found no signs of a gas leak.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 11-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, three male cats and a 22-week-old male kitten.

--

Also this morning, the animal shelter held eight mixed-breed puppies between 10 weeks and 7 months old, six female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and one female German shepherd-cross dog. Additionally, five 11-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
