Cynthia Lou Biebinger, 78, passed away August 22, 2020, of natural causes in Evanston, Wyoming.

She was born April 13, 1942, in Yankton, South Dakota, to Alpha and Marion Willman.

A celebration of life will be held at the Knights Inn Hotel in Evanston Saturday, August 29, 2020. from noon to 4 p.m. in the Banquet Room.
