Havre Police Department

An officer initiated investigation of a possible stolen vehicle on Second Street Friday at 8:19 a.m.

A 10th Street West caller asked Friday at 8:29 p.m. for assistance after a loaned-out vehicle hadn’t been returned on time.

——

Charles Gabrielle Plante III of Havre, 19, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller on Third Street reported a fight in a residence Saturday at 2:07 a.m.

——

William John Stiffarm of Poplar, 39, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge while officers were assisting another agency on U.S. Highway 2 West at 4:47 a.m. Saturday.

John Christopher McLean of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving during a vehicle stop on First Street at 12:25 p.m. Saturday, in response to a 12:19 p.m. report of an erratic driver on U.S. Highway 2 East headed toward town.

A hit and run vehicle crash was reported on First Street West Saturday at 8:02 p.m.

Virgil Louis Buffalo of Box Elder, 45, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant; Kenesia Marie Bauer of Havre, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of DUI, failing to give notice of accident, failing to stop or remain at an accident, no vehicle insurance, no driver’s license and seat belt violation, and Megan Mercedes Chandler of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of no driver’s license and failing to yield right of way in an intersection after a caller at 15th Street West and Lincoln Avenue reported a vehicle crash with possible injuries Sunday at 10:42 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business asked Friday at 1:02 p.m. for assistance.

Derek Gardipee of Havre, 18, was arrestd on charges of partner or family member assault, disorderly conduct and trespass to property after a caller in Laredo made a complaint Friday at 6:25 p.m.

Crystal Ann Chandler of Box Elder, 47, was arrested on an aggravated DUI charge in response to a complaint from Second Street Southwest in Box Elder Friday at 6:54 p.m.

——

Daniel Joseph Mikulecky of Rudyard, 37, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a Rudyard caller asked Saturday at 11:36 a.m. for assistance and Mikulecky was stopped on U.S. Highway 2 at 2:55 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, six Saturday, and six Sunday, with three people treated at a vehicle crash Sunday at 10:44 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and a 26-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, a female cat, one male 8-month-old kitten, two male cats and a female 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed 26-week-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 11-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a mixed-breed male dog, a male 23-week-old shepherd puppy, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 15-week-old shepherd puppy.
