MISSOULA — The Public Policy Institute of the Rockies has just released their Local Impact Program, featuring template resolutions and ordinances for use at the City and County level.

PPIR was co-founded by State Rep Kimberly Dudik, D-Missoula, and Sophie Moon in September to make transformative change on under-addressed issues.
