An arrest was made after a caller on Fourth Avenue West reported Tuesday at 2:05 p.m. a domestic disturbance involving someone in a green Taurus. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Alfred James Chandler, who was named as an involved party, was listed in the morning jail roster as being held on charges of partner of family member assault, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without vehicle insurance.
