Havre Police Department

A remote breathalyzer violation was reported at the police station Friday at 8:38 a.m.

Blair Stacey Chiefstick of Rocky Boy, 29, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant and a federal warrant after an officer performed a building check at a Third Avenue establishment Friday at 11:02 a.m.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 3:37 p.m. to make a complaint about a sexual or violent offender registration violation.

Sandy Bob Strauser of Havre, 42, was arrested on charges of violation of a protective order and driving without vehicle insurance, first offense, during a vehicle stop on Ninth Avenue Northwest at 3:55 p.m. Friday.

Tracy Carlson Miranda of Chinook, 57, was arrested on charges of speeding and driving under the influence during a vehicle stop on First Street Friday at 9:41 p.m.

Reece Michael Miller of Havre, 18, and Nicholas Lee Molitor of Havre, 18, were each issued a summons on charges of minor in possession, endangering the welfare of children and open container in the city; Tyrel Craig Kjersem of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children; and a 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of MIP and juvenile curfew violation during a vehicle stop on Montana Avenue Saturday at 1:46 a.m.

An arrest was made after a caller at a First Street West business reported Saturday at 4:29 a.m. that a boy and a girl were stealing alcohol. No details on the charges were provided.

Kyle Lee Lamere of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia, after a caller at a First Street West establishments asked officers Saturday at 6:28 p.m. to conduct a walk-through patrol.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and MIP after a someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 1:27 a.m. to report a missing juvenile and officers investigated an incident on Lincoln Avenue at 4:43 a.m.

A caller at a First Street West business reported Sunday at 11:54 a.m. finding drugs inside the business.

Loreal Stanley of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West Sunday at 3:54 p.m.

Jerome Lane Bigknife of Rocky Boy, 27, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphenalia , after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft by shoplifting in progress Sunday at 4:48 p.m.

An Eighth Street caller reported Sunday at 7:01 p.m. that a truck hit a mirror.

Jennifer Marie Jenkins of Havre, 45, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, partner or family member assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of children after someone stopped at the police station at 1:38 a.m. today and asked to speak with an officer.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on County Road 90 South reported a theft, forgery or fraud Friday at 9:23 a.m.

Clarissa Day The Boy of Havre, 36, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a domestic disturbance was reported Saturday at 4:52 a.m.

A caller asked deputies Saturday at 9:25 p.m. to investigate suspicious activity on Secondary Highway 448 near Box Elder.

--

Deputies investigated an assault in the Rudyard area reported Sunday at 1:41 a.m.

--

Deputies assisted another agency on 38th Avenue West Sunday at 3:26 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, four Saturday, five Sunday and one early this morning.

Firefighters were called Friday at 5:54 p.m. to the 1000 Block of 16th Street West for a fire, but the fire was an authorized fire in a burn pit.

Firefighters responded Saturday at 1:27 p.m. to an alarm on the 200 Block of Fifth Avenue, but the alarm had been unintentionally triggered.

Firefighters provided an assist with medical equipment on the 500 Block of Sixth Avenue Saturday at 9:24 p.m.

--

Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire Sunday at 5:10 p.m. on the 1500 Block of Second Street. Details were not available on the extent of damage to the pickup truck or surrounding area.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and one kitten of unknown gender, two male cats and one female 7-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male Staffordshire bull terrier dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy.
