Meanwhile, Safwa, a young girl living in war-torn Baghdad, will find a very different and far more dangerous path to America. When Anvar and Safwa’s worlds collide as two remarkable, strong-willed adults, their contradictory, intertwined fates will rock their community, and families, to their core.

“Another Kingdom” by Andrew Klavan. While this title isn’t new, the third book in the series is dropping next week, so now is a great time to start reading it! He is seized by guards, and thrown into the dungeon of a castle; but just when things are looking their bleakest, Austin finds himself back in LA. Setting out for answers, Austin discovers that the mystery can only be unlocked by a strange piece of fiction that holds the truth about the magical kingdom; but he isn’t the only person in pursuit of the mysterious manuscript. Stuck between dual realities, with no control over when he passes between worlds — charged for a murder he doesn’t recall in one, and running from a maniacal billionaire who’s determined to kill him in another — Austin’s monotonous life has become an epic adventure.
