Havre Police Department

Tyrel Henry Bear of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license after a vehicle stop on 10 Street at 8:46 a.m. Friday.

A caller with Montana Department of Transportation on First Street West reported Friday at 9:48 a.m. that something was put in a gas tank.

Officers investigated after a caller on Fifth Avenue reported Friday at 11:15 a.m. that a child had eaten four pills and was being taken to the emergency room, but the caller wanted to know if anything else should be done.

A Friday 3:48 p.m. caller reported graffiti on a table at Town Square.

Brandy Michell Stidham of Havre, 23, was issued a summons on a charge of visitation interference after a caller on Center Street asked for a civil standby Friday at 5:02 p.m.

Kathleen Jett from Tulalip, Washington, 30, was arrested on charges of vehicle theft and trespass to vehicles after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported that a van with the keys inside was missing Friday at 8:47 p.m.

Autumn Dawn Wright of Havre, 39, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended of revoked driver's license, expired registration and no vehicle insurance after a vehicle stop on Third Avenue at 11:14 p.m. Friday.

Gary Clayton Standingchief Jr. of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and trespass to property after a caller at a First Street business reported at 3:22 a.m. Saturday that a man was trying to buy alcohol with drugs.

Patrick Rogerson, transient of Montana, 46, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated suspicious activity on First Street Saturday at 1:50 p.m.

A Third Street caller reported Saturday at 2:20 p.m. finding a cat that had died.

Preston Wade Clark of Box Elder, 34, was issued a summons on an assault charge after an assault was reported at 8:18 p.m. Saturday in the alley south of First Street.

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station Sunday at 8 a.m.

Mark Justin Denny of Rocky Boy, 47, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller at a First Street business reported Sunday at 9:54 a.m. that an intoxicated man would not leave the bathroom.

A vehicle crash was reported Sunday at 1:13 p.m. on First Street West.

Samantha Bea Huston of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on a vicious dog charge after a caller at the hospital reported a patient with a dog bite.

Martin Duane Flying Jr. of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and violation of a no contact order after officers investigated a call that a purse was reported lying in the road on Second Avenue Sunday at 6:33 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a request for animal control on 70th Road South Friday at 11:05 a.m.

Deputies investigated a Friday 11:45 a.m. report of lost or found property near Fort Assinniboine.

Kathleen Jett of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license while deputies were assisting Havre Police in the county Friday at 9:13 p.m.

A caller at a Second Street West business reported Saturday at 1:21 p.m. that a storage unit appeared to have been broken into.

Patrick Donald Rogerson of Montana, 46, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia during booking at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 3:08 p.m.

Deputies investigated after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported Saturday at 3:36 p.m. that a neighbor may have stolen a package.

An incident was investigated in the county after an animal control issue was reported by hospital staff Saturday at 8:21 p.m.

Deputies investigated a Sunday 1:32 a.m. report of a fight in the parking lot of a Third Street North establishment.

A summons was issued after a vehicle stop on First Street Sunday at 2:02 a.m. No details on the charges were provided.

A 16-year-old, two 17-year-olds, a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old, all from Box Elder, were each issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a vehicle crash was reported near Moonies Cooley on Beaver Creek Road Sunday at 6:30 a.m.

A 14-year-old was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, after a disturbance was reported on Rich Street West at 5:04 p.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, four Saturday and four Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a Saturday 12:46 p.m. report of smoke and a small fire in a garbage bin at the landfill. They put out the fire and left the scene to landfill staff. No cause for the fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two kittens of unknown gender, six male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held two female and one male 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male St. Bernard-mix dog, one female and one male mixed-breed dogs, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy and a female Staffordshire bull terrier dog.
