Havre Police Department

Levi Sean Patten of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of pick up and hold order, driving with a suspended driver's license and driving with no insurance and on a Justice or City court order, and Stacie Leigh Small of Box Elder, 20, was arrested on charges of minor in possession and open container in city and on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on First Street Thursday at 7:33 a.m.

A caller on 17th Street reported finding a bike in the alley Thursday at 11:30 a.m.

Nathan Joseph Rock or Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a man was reported Thursday at 12:23 p.m. standing on the corner with a drink in his hand and yelling at the building.

Daniel W. Williams of Havre, 43, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a Fourth Street facility reported a man being combative and unruly at 1:24 p.m. Thursday.

An arrest was made after a Sixth Street caller reported Thursday at 3:15 p.m that a man with a no contact order had made threats and took the caller's car and officers made a vehicle stop at Sixth Street and Main at 3:22 p.m. No details were provided in the dispatch log on the charges, but Nicholas Theodore Henderson, who was named in the log as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of violation of a no contact order, unauthorized use of a vehicle, tampering with a communication device, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without vehicle insurance.

Officers investigated a Thursday at 9:18 p.m. report from Ninth Avenue that a gun accidentally fired.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log had no arrests or summonses issued in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Thursday and three calls early this morning.

Firefighter responded to a 9:40 p.m. Thursday fire call on the 1000 block of 16th Street, but investigation found that the fire was in a legal fire pit and allowed to continue.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, six female cats and five male cats.

The shelter also held two female and one male 10-month-old mixed-breed puppies, two male 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a male and two female mixed-breed dogs.
