Havre Police Department

Officers responded to a Wednesday 8:50 a.m. request from Havre Fire Department for assistance with two men who were fighting at a medical response scene on First Avenue.

Two people were issued summonses after a caller at Pepin Park reported two teenagers were fighting Wednesday at 5:28 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summons issued or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Wednesday.

Firefighters and an ambulance crew responded to a call at 9:21 a.m. Wednesday on the 1000 Block of Boulevard Avenue. But no one was made available to provide details by print deadline.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 2-week-old kittens and three cats all of unknown gender, three female cats and seven male cats. A 9-week-old kitten and a 10-week-old kitten both of unknown gender were being held separately.

The shelter also held a female 11-month-old mixed breed puppy, two male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male and a female 10-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female 3-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a Chihuahua-Yorkshire terrier mix dog.
