Havre Police Department

Two summonses were issued after a 2:56 p.m. Thursday caller on Bullhook Road reported that a Hummer backed into two cars. No details on the charges were provided.

Rebel Denny of Big Sandy, 23, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a caller on Fourth Avenue reported a man yelling and a woman screaming in a residence Thursday at 2:24 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Charles Randy Walker of Harlem, 70, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 8:17 a.m.

Aimee Lee Montes of Box Elder, 38, was issued a summons on a theft charge related to a Thursday 6:45 p.m. report of a theft from a business on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday and two early this morning. One of the ambulance calls was made in conjunction with a fire crew responding to a 5:24 a.m. fire alarm at a multi-family dwelling on the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue, where the alarm turned out to have been triggered by burnt food.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held eight cats and three kittens all of unknown gender, two female cats, one male cat, and a female and a male six-month-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male shepherd dog, a male pit bull dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever dog and a male border collie-German shepherd dog. Also, a male and a female 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy were being held separately.
