Havre Police Department

A First Street Northeast caller reported at 11 a.m. Thursday that a family member stole a 2005 blue Toyota Corolla

Officers made an investigation related to a Thursday 1:17 p.m. vehicle stop on Third Street.

Earl Charles Rainingbird of Box Elder, 55, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Second Street and Sixth Avenue Thursday at 1:43 p.m.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash on Fifth Avenue at 3:28 p.m. Thursday.

——

Kipp Josiah Henry of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of robbery, theft and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a First Street business reported Thursday at 6:15 p.m. that someone stole a bike.

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Thursday at 6:28 p.m. that a floor jack was stolen.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Sheriff’s office dispatch log listed no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Montana Highway Patrol

Montana Highway Patrol was notified Thursday at 4:16 p.m. of a two-vehicle crash with people injured at Lincoln Road and U.S. Highway 2 east of Harlem. A full report was not made available, but MHP said that the drivers of both vehicles were transported to the hospital and citations were issued.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three female cats, three male cats and a male 11-month-old kitten. Also, one male 6-week-old kitten was being fostered.

The shelter also held a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female border collie dog, a female Chihuahua-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male 11-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a male 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female 9-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 6-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Rottweiler dog and a female 7-month-old Rottweiler puppy. Also, a male mixed-breed dog and a female 23-week-old Labrador retriever-border collie cross puppy were being held in foster care.
