Participants fire their weapons Friday at the 42nd Annual Memorial Day Weekend Blackpowder Shoot Saturday near Fort Assinniboine southwest of Havre. The event, held by the Bullhook Bottoms Blackpowder Club, brings people from around the state and often from out of state to compete at the three-day event.
