An 11th Street caller reported Monday at 11:54 a.m. finding a bike on the boulevard.

A Second Street West caller reported Monday at 12:56 p.m. that a camper was broken into.

A shattered windshield was reported on Third Street Monday at 2:03 p.m.

--

A complaint involving the sexual or violent offender registry in the Havre area was reported at 2:26 p.m. Monday.

Officer assisted with an ambulance call on Second Street West at 5:14 p.m. Monday.

--

Officers investigated a Monday 6 p.m. report of a lost chocolate Labrador with a chain collar and neon orange tag.

--

Troy Michael Schafer of Havre, 26, was issued a summons on two charges of vicious dog in the city Monday at 8:26 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Monday at 10:12 p.m. to report suspicious activity.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Kremlin area caller asked Monday at 11:16 a.m. for assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats, a 6-month-old kitten, two 12-week-old kittens, five 5-day-old kittens, three 10-week-old kittens and one 8-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, two male cats, six female cats, two male and one female 14-week-old kittens, and two female and one male 11-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held a border collie, a male mixed-breed dog, a female 25-week-old Labrador retriever, a female mixed-breed dog, a female 6-month-old border collie puppy, and a male pit bull-border collie cross. Additionally, five male 8-week-old puppies, one female and one male 6-week-old puppies and one male dog, all mixed-breeds, were being fostered.
