Havre Police Department

A fawn with an arrow in its leg was reported Friday at 9:26 a.m. on 18th Street.

Nicholas Dee Birdtail of Billings, 50, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Adult Probation and Parole on First Street West Friday at 10:04 a.m.

A phone line was reported knocked down on Fifth Avenue at 8:55 p.m.

--

Officers assisted sheriff's deputies at a vehicle rollover on State Highway 234 at 10:04 p.m. Friday.

Arthur John Casioce of Havre, 49, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia during a Fourth Avenue vehicle stop at 1:57 a.m. Saturday.

A Fifth Street caller reported Saturday at 7:17 a.m. running into the neighbor's car.

--

A caller reported Saturday at 10:20 a.m. sliding into a building wall on First Street West.

--

A stolen Apple watch was reported on Smithville road at 11:59 a.m. Saturday.

--

A mailbox damaged with a baseball bat was reported Saturday at 3:45 p.m. on 17th Street West.

Sarah Louise Speakthunder of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and Kaylen Marie Ball of Havre, 29, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller on First Street West reported possibly finding a stolen vehicle Saturday at 8:20 p.m.

A hit and run crash involving a white car that hit a gray car was reported at 8:21 a.m. Sunday on Wilson Avenue.

Thomas Jake Speakthunder of Havre, 45, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, no vehicle insurance, operating a vehicle with fictitious plates and a traffic crime during a vehicle stop at 10th Avenue and Fourth Street.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street West business reported a woman in the bathroom making a mess taking a sponge bath.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were asked Friday at 11:18 a.m. to assist a corrections investigator on Fifth Avenue North.

A caller at the Box Elder post office made a complaint Friday at 3:30 p.m.

--

Deputies responded with emergency medical technicians and Montana Highway Patrol to a one-vehicle rollover crash reported at Mile Marker 3 on State Highway 234 Friday at 9:53 p.m. One person was taken to the hospital, but MHP troopers were unavailable to provide more information.

A Fifth Street North caller asked Saturday at 11:30 a.m. for assistance.

--

An Eighth Avenue North caller asked Saturday at 2:21 p.m. for assistance.

--

Deputies assisted another agency Sunday at 4 p.m. on 22 Avenue West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Friday, five calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

Firefighters provided standby at a downed power line on the 1400 Block of Fifth Avenue Friday at 9:03 p.m.

Firefighters responded with an ambulance to a vehicle crash on State Highway 234 at 10:08 p.m. The fire crew provided standby and one person was transported to the hospital.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats all of unknown gender, four female cats and three male cats.

--

The shelter also held one male and one female mixed-breed dogs and five mixed-breed puppies of varying ages from 21 weeks to 10 months. Additionally, a male dog and a female dog with 10 6-week-old puppies, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
