Havre Police Department

A caller on Cleveland Avenue reported a man who was in the backyard at 6:43 a.m. Friday.

A phone was found by a 10th Street West caller at 8:06 a.m. Friday.

--

Officers assisted a caller who reported Friday at 4:24 p.m. that their daughter didn't get off the bus.

--

A hit and run crash was reported reported at 5:21 p.m. Friday in the Havre area.

--

A vehicle crash in a Sixth Avenue parking lot was reported Friday at 6:34 p.m.

--

Vandalism was reported on First Street at 12:06 a.m. Saturday.

--

A Saturday 11:15 a.m. report of standing water in Second Street between Fifth and Seventh avenues was referred to another agency.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Saturday 4:38 p.m. caller on Third Street West reported getting hit.

Jordan Nash Windyboy of Rocky Boy, 39, was arrested on a vandalism charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at the hospital asked Saturday at 6:36 p.m. for assistance with a non-cooperative patient.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a beer theft was reported Saturday at 6:42 p.m. on First Street.

Martin Duane Flying Jr. of Hays, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of resisting arrest after a First Avenue caller reported hearing a neighbor in a domestic disturbance Saturday at 9:17 p.m.

An assault was reported on First Street Sunday at 12:14 a.m.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 12:12 p.m. Sunday.

--

Two arrests were made after a Sunday 5:41 p.m. caller at a First Street West business reported someone stole an item and officers made a vehicle stop on First Street at 6:08 p.m. No details on the charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Stephanie Spottedeagle, who was named as an involved party in both calls, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on two counts of shoplifting. And Filberta Skidmore, who was named in the vehicle stop, was listed as being held on two City Court warrants.

A vehicle crash was reported at the Havre High School parking lot at 10:26 p.m. Sunday.

A beer theft was reported at a First Street business Monday at 1:12 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Friday, two calls Saturday, eight calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cats of unknown gender, four male cats and three female cats, along with five cats in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held one male and one female mixed-breed dogs, four mixed-breed puppies of varying ages from 6 to 10 months and 11 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies, and one female pit bull terrier. Additionally, a male dog and a female dog with 10 7-week-old puppies, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
