Havre Police Department

Kylie Jade Walker of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported 8 a.m. Friday at the police station.

Stephen Lewis Newbury of Havre, 42, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants by officers asked at 8:09 a.m. Friday to assist Probation and Parole officers.

A hit and run crash was reported on Fourth Street at 11:02 a.m. Friday.

--

A vehicle crash was reported on Fifth Avenue Friday at 5:43 p.m.

--

A window was reported Friday at 5:44 p.m. broken out of a vehicle on First Avenue West.

--

A vehicle crash was reported at 7:56 p.m. Friday at Fourth Avenue and Fourth Street.

--

A missing person was reported by a Third Street caller at 2:16 a.m. Saturday.

--

A fake $10 bill was reported at a First Street business Saturday at 11:03 a.m.

Travis Lee Price of Havre, 40, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order after someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 12:02 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

A caller reported Saturday at 2:02 p.m. their spouse had backed into a car at Seventh Avenue and Third Street.

An investigation was made during a vehicle stop on Second Street Saturday at 6:18 p.m.

Wayne Edwin Healy Jr. of Harlem, 33, was arrested on charges of vandalism and assault after a caller at a First Street business reported a man was yelling and banging on a door at 9:35 p.m. Saturday.

Terrance Lee Gray of Havre, 58, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after a Saturday 11:16 p.m. caller reported a drunk driver on First Street Northeast.

Officers assisted at a downed power line on 12th Avenue at 10:36 a.m. Sunday.

--

A Sunday 1:09 p.m. caller reported finding the door to a First Street West business unlocked, but the business appeared to be empty and not open for business. The manager was notified and reported that everything appeared to be OK on first inspection.

Officers investigated a Sunday 2:58 p.m. report that a man was in the neighbor's yard on Fourth Avenue yelling and screaming at someone or something.

--

A First Street caller asked Sunday at 5:38 p.m. for assistance getting a phone back.

--

Maceo Mark Thomas of Chinook, 45, was issued a summons on charges of strangulation of a partner or family member, aggravated partner or family member assault and possession of drug paraphernalia after a domestic disturbance was reported in progress Sunday at 7:24 p.m. on Third Avenue.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of non-aggravated assault and disorderly conduct after an 11:10 p.m. Sunday caller at the hospital reported a belligerent person.

Michael Charles Pullin Jr. of Rocky Boy, 34, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of no driver's license and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on First Street at 1:39 a.m. today.

Justine Philomene Bauer and another person were arrested during a vehicle stop on Third Avenue at 2:57 a.m. today, but no further details on charges were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 14-year-old and a 13-year-old, both from Big Timber, were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported shoplifters Friday at 12:41 p.m.

A hit and run crash at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Saturday at 10:39 a.m. was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Jacob Logan James Folk of Havre, 33, and Ronald Bryan Folk of Havre, 53, were each arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after deputies assisted a U.S. Highway 2 East caller who asked Saturday at 6:35 p.m. for help removing two family members from a residence had to return for another disturbance at 8:03 p.m.

Deputies assisted at 6:54 this morning during a fire call at the railroad crossing on 38th Avenue East.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Friday, four calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a 5:02 p.m. Saturday report of a gas odor on the 700 Block of Third Avenue, and the scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy.

Firefighters responded to a 6:54 a.m. Sunday fire alarm on the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue, where they only had to reset the alarm.

Firefighters responded to a downed power line on the 1200 Block of Third Street Sunday at 10:36 a.m. and the scene was later turned over to NWE and Havre Public Works.

Firefighters were called to a BNSF Railway locomotive fire at the 38th Avenue Northeast railroad crossing at 5:29 a.m. today. The fire was extinguished and no one was injured, Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said, adding that BNSF would take the locomotive to the rail yard and investigate the cause of the fire.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, four male cats and one female cat.

The shelter also held two male and one female mixed-breed dogs, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler, a male pit bull terrier, two mixed-breed puppies ages 7 and 11 months, and 10 10-week-old mixed-breed puppies. Additionally, seven 12-week-old puppies and a male dog, all of mixed-breeding, were being housed off-site.
