Two juveniles were issued a written or verbal warning after a caller reported Monday at 1:32 p.m. two children who needed to be removed from Havre-Hill County Library.

Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 37, was arrested on nine Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other pubic servant and possession of drug paraphernalia after a 3:07 p.m. Monday caller on Second Street reported a suspicious man in the area.

A caller at a First Street West business reported a stolen white and blue Ford pickup truck Monday at 7:25 p.m....
