Havre Police Department

A Second Street caller asked Monday at 8:13 a.m. to speak with an officer about vandalism at a church.

Wilma Howard of Havre, 35, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and two Justice or City court warrants on Third Avenue Monday at 11:02 a.m.

Craig Warren Landon of Havre, 56, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Avenue caller asked Monday at 11:38 a.m. for assistance with a renter who was running around waving a BB gun and swearing at people.

A summons was issued after a caller at Havre Middle School reported a juvenile with a vape pen Monday at noon. No details on charges were provided.

A representative with Child Protective Services on Fifth Avenue reported a juvenile status offense at 12:01 p.m. Monday.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a First Street business reported a man who was harassing people and panhandling at 2:05 p.m. Monday.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street West business reported Monday at 7:13 p.m. that a group of men were drawing on a dumpster with a marker.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Wilma Howard of Havre, 35, was charged for possess of drug paraphernalia during intake at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 1:50 p.m.

A past burglary was reported on 22nd Avenue West Monday at 7:38 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Monday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six male cats and three female cats.

The shelter also held 10 mixed-breed dogs, five mixed-breed puppies from 22-weeks- to 9-months-old and three 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies. Additionally, one female 7-week-old puppy, three 10-week-old shepherd puppies and a male mixed-breed dog were being housed off-site.
