Havre Police Department

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Tuesday 7:46 a.m. caller on Second Street reported neighbor's dogs were howling again.

A minor fender bender with involved parties getting agitated was reported Tuesday at 7:55 a.m. in a First Street parking lot.

--

Brandon Lee Wombold of Havre, 28, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served on 12th Avenue Tuesday at 10:16 a.m.

--

A written or verbal warning was provided after a caller on the south end of Havre reported at 10:54 a.m. that the driver of a gray SUV was driving erratically and they were continuing into Havre.

Jasmin Rose Laforge of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant; Jessica Lynn Demarrias of Harlem, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Michelle Nichole Healy of Havre, 41, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after officers were asked Tuesday at 11:11 a.m. to assist another agency on Ninth Avenue.

A 17th Street caller at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday asked officers to check on a neighbor after noticing abnormal activity at the home.

A caller on Ninth Street reported hitting a parked car Tuesday at 12:38 p.m.

A 2:19 p.m. Tuesday caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported that their Dodge pickup was hit and run by a white car about an hour previous.

A Ninth Avenue caller asked Tuesday at 4:59 p.m. for assistance getting a stolen cat back.

A bike theft was reported Tuesday at 6:38 p.m. in the Havre area.

A TV was reported stolen from a residence Tuesday at 6:44 p.m.

A caller asked at 8:37 p.m. Tuesday for a welfare check on a Lincoln Avenue person.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 9:31 p.m. that someone pointed a gun at the caller.

Peggysue Morningsong Favel of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of vandalism, trespass to property, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, disorderly conduct, trespass to vehicles and resisting arrest after a 15th Street caller reported a woman in a garage Tuesday at 10:19 p.m.

A 16th Street caller reported a theft Wednesday at 3:24 p.m.

--

Vandalism was reported on 10th Street West Wednesday at 4:09 p.m.

--

A burglary was reported Wednesday at 6:05 p.m. at a facility on Fifth Avenue.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Wednesday 7:03 p.m. complaint of public indecency on Second Street.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported Wednesday at 7:57 p.m. that a vehicle had been broken into.

--

Officer investigated a Wednesday 8:01 p.m. report at the police station of a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show.

--

Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a charge of dog at large in the city after a complaint from Third Street Wednesday at 9:04 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Jessica Lynn Demarrias of Harlem, 34, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a report of a drug offense at Hill County Detention Center at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday.

Barbara Arvillarose Gardipee of Rocky Boy, 30, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a Wednesday 7:04 p.m. report of trespassing on County Road 405 South.

--

Deputies served a summons at Rocky Boy Police Department Wednesday at 10:46 a.m., but no details on charges were provided.

--

An arrest was made after a vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Tuesday and six calls Wednesday.

--

Firefighters responded a report of smoke odor on the 1400 Block of Second Street at 8:57 p.m. Tuesday and performed an extrication on Bullhook Road at 10:10 a.m. Wednesday. No one was made available to provide further information on fire calls.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, six male cats, two female cats and two 10-week-old kittens. Additionally, two 12-week-old kittens were being housed off-site.

The shelter also held four female dogs, three male dogs and nine puppies from 11 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
