2. Ordinance No. 928 (Second Reading) — An Ordinance Amending Title 4, Chapter 6, Section 9, Sign Code, of the Havre City Code.

3. Resolution No. 3894 — A Resolution Cancelling the Nov. 7, 2023, General Election of Certain Municipal Officers.

4. Request by St. Jude Thaddeus School to close Seventh Ave. between Fourth and Fifth streets within city limits Oct. 14, 2023, for the annual Pumpkin Patch Festival.

5. St. Mary Rehabilitation Working Group updates.

6. Approval of September claims and manual warrants.
