Havre Police Department

The Animal Control Officer reported picking up a stray black and white puppy on South Dell Drive Tuesday at 8:43 a.m.

Stephen Lewis Newbury of Havre, 43, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants after a Tuesday 10:41 a.m. caller at a First Street business reported finding a man asleep in the building.

Pete Gabriel Longknife, 24, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after someone stopped at the police station Tuesday at 2:41 p.m. to report a man with two warrants.

Fallon Sahara Flynn of Gildford, 32, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license following a vehicle stop on 12th Street at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Ryan Moses St. Pierre of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on two Justice or City court warrants after officers initiated a investigation of a male on Second Street Tuesday at 3:38 p.m.

A theft from a week ago was reported at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday at a First Street business.

--

A caller on First Street reported Tuesday at 6:54 p.m. that caller's daughter had been beaten up by three girls outside a First Street business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on Laredo Road Tuesday at 3:06 p.m.

Jennifer Ann Brockett of Havre, 39, was arrested on charges of burglary to a residence, theft, motor vehicle theft, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence after a caller on Clear Creek Road reported a burglary Tuesday at 5:49 p.m.

Deputies were asked Tuesday at 9:43 p.m. to assist Havre Police on First Street West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Tuesday and one call early this morning. Firefighters, accompanied by an ambulance, responded to a fire alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street at 8:24 a.m. Tuesday, and no fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 6-month-old kittens and two 15-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, 10 kittens between 14 weeks and 6 months old, and two male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held four female mixed-breed dogs, eight puppies between 14 weeks and 6 months old, a female and a male Rottweiler, and a female German shepherd. Additionally, two puppies, ages 17-weeks and 23-weeks, were being housed offsite.
