Havre Police Department

Officers assisted probation and parole on First Street at 8:31 a.m. Thursday.

A summons was issued after a caller at Havre High School reported someone with a vape pen Thursday at 8:38 a.m. No details on charges were provided.

--

Officers provided assistance after a Thursday 10:14 a.m. caller on 10th Street West asked for an officer to speak with a juvenile who was not wanting to go to school.

A Fourth Street caller reported Thursday at 1 p.m. that their garage had been broken into during the summer and items are missing.

--

Officers assisted with a medical call on Third Street Thursday at 3:40 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a noise complaint was made at 7:06 p.m. Thursday on Ninth Avenue.

An 8:05 p.m. Thursday caller reported that two nights previously a man walked into the caller's yard and urinated.

A 14th Street call reported at 8:29 p.m. Thursday a woman was walking away from a vehicle and a man was following her in a vehicle and harassing her. Officers searched for but could not find the individuals.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a noise complaint was made at 12:42 a.m. today on First Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies performed a welfare check on First Street West at the request of a Thursday 10:03 a.m. caller.

Josh Blake Lamere of Havre, 33, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at 10:12 a.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

--

Ryan Leonard Bahr of Havre, 34 was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants served on 11th Street North at 2:38 p.m. Thursday.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Box Elder establishment Thursday at 2:58 p.m.

--

Deputies transported a prisoner from the detention center to the hospital at 5:53 p.m. Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Thursday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters, accompanied by an ambulance, responded to a fire call on 13th Street Thursday at 8:10 a.m. No one was available to provide details on this call.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four cats all of unknown gender, two female 9-month-old kittens, one female cat, five male cats and a 6-month-old female kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 11 mixed-breed puppies between 1 week and 23 weeks old, one 7-month-old female Chihuahua puppy, four female mixed-breed dogs and one male mixed-breed dog. Additionally, four 19-week-old puppies and one 6-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
