A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street business reported at 1:03 p.m. that someone was acting up.

Zackary Eagle Sutherland of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on on a charge of violation of a protective order after a possible restraining order violation was reported on Fifth Avenue at 1:26 p.m.
