    Havre Daily News staff Havre Police Department issued a release warning people that people have been trying to pay for purchases in this area with fake $100 bills. A release from the department said officers have collected the fake money and are investigating.     August of last year, Joe Ross took full possession of Cavaliers from his father, Doug Ross, who worked in the store for 50 years. Cavaliers was originally founded by George Renaker and Joseph Bullinger in the 1950s.
