    It was one of the biggest weeks of golf the Hi-Line will see all summer. And, once again, Rotary Week at Prairie Farms was just as big a hit as Shark Week was. The week began with the annual Rotary Youth Camp, which saw 40 kids attend this year.   • Outages hit local Charter customers

    A network outage that left Charter Communications customers throughout Havre with intermittent or no internet and telephone service Monday afternoon, has been resolved, acompany representative said. Brian Anderson, communications director for Charter, said the disruption in services was caused by a “routing issue between servers” that has since been remedied by rebooting or restarting some equipment in order to restore service.     The H. Earl Clack Memorial Museum will be looking at making improvements both inside the walls of the museum and in the community as a whole for the coming year. The board talked about its plans as it elected officers for 2015-16 Monday night. Judi Dritshulas was re-elected chair, while Val Hickman was unanimously chosen as vice chairman replacing Gary Wilson, who is recovering from surgery.     Most every Sunday of September, Havre Trails will be organizing hikes — some accompanied by educational lectures.     The Montana State Bobcats had two players named Football Championship Subdivision Preseason All-Americans, while the Montana Grizzlies had one. Late last week, the Sports Network released its annual FCS Preseason All-American Team, and the list was topped locally by MSU senior offensive lineman J.P.
