    HELENA (AP) — A Havre businessman agreed to plead guilty to bribing a tribal official and conspiring to make false claims in order to take federal stimulus money awarded to the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation. Defendant Shad Huston signed the plea deal on Friday, acknowledging that he bribed a Chippewa Cree official and used fake invoices to get paid for work his companies never did on the reservation.     The second in a series of information sessions on the proposed $30 million, 20-year proposal to refurbish Havre streets will be held at city hall after tonight’s City Council meeting. The plan calls for spending $1.5 million a year for the next 20 years to gradually bring the streets up to snuff.   • Rudyard Museum awarded farm equipment grant

    A new building will be added to the Rudyard Depot Museum complex to house a collection antique farm equipment farm. Gov. Steve Bullock announced that the museum will get $30,000 from a fund aimed at enhancing tourism in the state. Lila Redding, an official with the museum, said volunteers will build the building, and the money will be used to buy materials.     The Montana State University- Northern Alumni Association raised a record amount of money during its Northern Alumni Scholarship Auction and Social, held each year to raise money for scholarships given to Northern students. As of 9 a.m. Monday, Foundation Executive Director Jim Bennett and other event organizers were still counting the funds, but Bennett said more than $23,000 had been donated.
