He was born to John and Nancy Buskirk (Barsanti) on December 5, 1936, in Pawnee City, Nebraska. Buzz enlisted in the Air Force as a radarman stationed in St. Albans Vermont in 1954 and was honorably discharged in 1957.     4:19 p.m. A statement from the state fire marshal appears to contradict what Havre Daily News was told earlier today, that the Jaycees haunted house at the Great Northern Fairgrounds and the escape room there had been canceled due to orders from the state fire marshal's office.     The Hill County Board of Health held its quarterly meeting Wednesday and discussed COVID-19 in the community, the area's progress on vaccinations and other public health issues.
