Stratton sentenced for arson

Charles S. Stratton of Havre, born in 1989, was sentenced in state District Court in Havre to six years of probation and ordered to pay nearly $56,000 in restitution for his role in the destruction of the Havre Jaycees fireworks stand after stealing more than $45,000 worth of fireworks from the stand.
