Fitzpatricks facing new drug charges

Two Havre medical marijuana caregivers face new charges alleging they violated old and new versions of the law.

The Montana Supreme Court this week is taking up charges in a previous case and movement on new charges filed in Oregon against one of the sisters and another Havre resident still pending.

Thursday in District Court in Havre the Hill County Attorney's Office filed six felony drug charges against Malisa Fitzpatrick, born in 1982, and 11 felony charges against Delaine Fitzpatrick, born in 1978.
