Sharon LaCroix Galbraith
Sharon LaCroix Galbraith died June 17, 2012, at the Lake Tapps, Wash., home she shared with Dwight, her husband of 44 years.
Born in Havre Nov. 18, 1946, she graduated from Havre High School in 1965. Sharon worked as a dental assistant before earning her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 1985 from Pacific Lutheran University.
Sharon found her greatest joy in her family, and was blessed to become a mother when daughter Keely was born in 1980. Sharon loved spending time with her husband, who brought joy to her face, even in her final days. Sharon included numerous dogs and cats in her family, and helped rescue retired greyhounds.
Sharon is survived by her husband and daughter of Sumner, Wash. ; her mother Osa LaCroix, Kalispell; her sisters, Lois (Dave) Managhan, Kalispell, Lorraine (Cecil) Durbin, Havre, and Eloise (Dan) Marx, Lake Oswego, Ore. ; and brothers, Gary (Carmen) and Brian (Alexandra), both of Dallas.
Sharon was aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Bob LaCroix.
Cremation has taken place; interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Franciscan Hospice, (253) 428-8411.
