June Elizabeth Pollington
June Elizabeth Pollington, 86, died Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at Northern Montana Care Center of natural causes.
Cremation has taken place, and the family will have graveside services at the Mountain View Cemetery in Livingston, Mont., in the spring.
Memorials in June's honor may be made to a charity of your choice. Services and arrangements have been entrusted to Holland & Bonine Funeral Home.
June was born Dec. 24, 1925, in Livingston, to Gilbert and Paula (Lindu) Eggar. She was raised and educated in the Livingston area. June went to work for Boeing on the B29 planes during World War II. After the war she returned to Livingston and married Earl Pollington March 6, 1948, in Bozeman, Mont.
To this union, three children were born. They lived in Livingston for a while and settled in Kremlin, Mont. June enjoyed gardening, painting, sewing and baking. She was a cat lover at heart and a member of the Kremlin Homemakers Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl in 2008; seven brothers; and two sisters.
June is survived by her three children, Linda Pollington, Terry (Karen) Pollington, all of Havre, and Charles (Sue) Pollington of Great Falls, Mont. ; one granddaughter, Lara Pollington of Havre; several nieces, nephews and many extended family members.
