Breaking Sports: Carroll ends MSU-N women's win streak;Lights fight back to beat Saints

The Montana State University-Northern women's basketball team saw its four-game winning streak grind to a halt at the hands of the nationally-ranked Carroll College Fighting Saints Saturday night in Helena. The Skylights lost to the Saints 56-44, falling to 7-5 in the Frontier Conference.

Northern only trailed Carroll 23-22 at halftime, but the Saints went on a 13-3 run. MSU-N chopped the lead down to one point again late in the half, but Carroll finished strong, making it a season sweep of the Skylights.
