During a motor vehicle stop on 13th Avenue Thursday at 7:44 a.m., an officer arrested an 18-year-old Havre man for driving under the influence, operating a vehicle without valid registration, minor in possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a driver's license and driving with an open alcoholic beverage container on a highway.

After a caller reported Thursday at 8:38 a.m. a teenage boy walking near Pepin Park with a gun in the waistband of his pants, officers issued a summons for carrying a concealed weapon to a 15-year-old boy.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance call on 8th Street at 12:09 p.m. Thursday.

During a motor vehicle stop on Boulevard Avenue at 1:10 p.m. Thursday, an officer arrested a 33-year-old Havre man on a Justice or City court warrant.

After a caller at a 1st Street business reported Thursday at 4:50 p.m. a combative shoplifter, officers arrested a 25-year-old Box Elder woman on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Officers served a warrant at the Hill County Detention Center Thursday a 5:41 p.m. arresting a 56-year-old Box Elder woman on a Justice or City court warrant.

At 7:16 p.m. Thursday a 1st Street caller reported finding a silver Huffy/BMX bike.

A 33-year-old Havre woman in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt Friday at the police station at 8 a.m.

Officers served a warrant at the office of Child and Family Services at 8:58 a.m. Friday, arresting a 24-year-old Chester woman on a state District Court warrant.

At 3:07 p.m. Friday Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on 1st Street West.

During a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street at 11:12 p.m. Friday, an officer arrested a 56-year-old Havre woman on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failing to obey a red traffic signal and driving under the influence, refused to test.

After receiving a complaint at 11:16 p.m. Friday from a caller on 11th Street that she had been hit by a man and was being held against her will, responding officers arrested the 53-year-old Havre woman on a charge of partner or family member assault.

A caller at a 1st Street business reported a theft Saturday at 8:04. Officers investigated the incident.

Officers investigated a report of a stolen birth bath Saturday at 9:10 a.m. on Lincoln Avenue.

Sunday at 8:55 p.m a caller on 3rd Avenue reported finding equipment not belonging to the caller.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Sunday at 10:14 p.m. of a man pulling a gun on the complainant at the cemetery. Officers notified Hill County.

Officers assisting Montana Highway Patrol troopers today at 12:32 a.m. near Havre Middle School issued a summons to a 14-year-old havre girl for curfew violations.

A caller at a 1st Street pawn shop reported stolen property Thursday at 3:51 p.m.

Deputies investigated a report made Friday at 6:45 p.m. that items are missing on from a 5th Street North location.

Deputies were called at 5:17 a.m. to transport a criminal from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center, where the 19-year-old Box Elder man was arrested on a federal warrant violation.

Deputies served a warrant on an inmate at the detention center Saturday at 7:43 a.m., arresting a 35-year-old Box Elder man on a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies investigated a report of stolen medication made at 12:10 p.m. Saturday from an 11th Street North location.

Deputies received a report Saturday at 5:30 p.m that someone had pulled receiver hitch pins from vehicles causing three boat trailers to disconnect from towing vehicles.

After a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Saturday at 8:34 p.m. a man beating up a woman, deputies arrested a 41-year-old Box Elder man for partner or family member assault.

Friday at 9:08 p.m. deputies were called from a camping area at Fresno Reservoir about a theft.

Deputies, responding to a request for medical assistance on U.S. Highway 87 Sunday at 3:49 a.m. for a man having difficulty breathing, made an arrest, though no further details were provided.

At 10:14 p.m. Sunday deputies received the report from the Havre Police Department that a man had a gun pulled on him at the cemetery.

Deputies investigated a report made Sunday at 11:13 a.m. at the police station that a woman had wrecked the complainant's vehicle.

A caller at Beaver Creek Park reported Sunday at 1:32 p.m. that his camper had been broken into an items taken.

Deputies investigated a report made Sunday at 5:06 p.m. from a U.S. Highway 2 West business of a shoplifter. No arrest was reported.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Thursday night and 13 over the weekend.

This morning the animal shelter held two male black and tan cats, a female black Labrador, a female black and tan cat.
