Havre Police Department

A caller from 14th Avenue at 7:12 a.m. Monday reported that someone stole a vehicle.

An officer issued a warning after a representative of a 1st Street business called at 2:51 p.m. Monday to report a female who had been ordered to not be in the business was in the business and the representative wanted “an officer to come have a chat with her.”

An officer responding to a request for a welfare check made at 3:04 p.m. Monday from 11th Street West made an arrest, but no details were available in the call log.

After a caller from a 3rd Street West location reported at 6:10 p.m. that a dog bit his girlfriend, an officer issued a summons to Emilie Dorisamelia Morse, 24, of Havre on charges of vicious dog and dog at large.

After a caller from a 1st Street establishment at 12:53 this morning said a man was passed out on the sidewalk outside, an officer arrested Louis Gardipee, 53, of Box Elder, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

An officer issued a warning after a caller from 14th Avenue at 3:57 this morning said a man broke down a door.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A deputy served a Justice or City court warrant on Eleven Rae Lewis, 38, of Havre at the county jail at 1:14 p.m. Monday.

An arrest was made after deputies referred finding drug items on a prisoner at the county jail to the Tri-Agency Safe Trails Task Force 5 p.m. Monday. No further details were available.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to a call at 2:47 p.m. Monday from the 200 Block of 4th Avenue about a gas odor, which was caused by a leak through a loose fitting on a heater.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a male black, white and tan mixed-breed heeler dog and a male black, tan and white mixed-breed pit bull puppy.
