Havre Police Department

Forrest Rainspirit Doney of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 7:53 a.m. Friday.

Officers investigated a Friday 9:19 a.m. report from Adult Protection Services in Havre.

Brandon Thomas Gopher of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after a caller on Second Street reported a woman in the alley Friday a 12:25 p.m.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 71, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in the city after a caller at a First Street West business reported at 2:46 p.m. Friday an intoxicated man on the premises.

A 4:08 p.m. Friday report of a downed power line on Fourth Street was referred to another agency.

A Third Street caller reported Friday at 6:48 p.m. finding a girls bike.

--

Valerie Ann Messineo of Havre, 52, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after an 11:48 p.m. Friday vehicle stop on First Avenue.

Joseph Edward Bender of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of DUI and open container after a 2:11 a.m. Saturday vehicle stop on Ninth Avenue.

A written or verbal warning was issued after officers initiated investigation Saturday at 2:19 a.m. of a vehicle parked in the middle of the Ninth Avenue alley.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Seventh Street caller reported children in the alley shooting BB guns at a home Saturday at 1:24 p.m.

--

A 13th Street caller reported stolen items at 4:10 p.m Saturday.

--

A vehicle crash was reported at 7:38 p.m. Saturday on Fifth Avenue, and Havre Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said ambulance and fire crews responded, but no one needed transport to the hospital.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Sixth Street caller reported Saturday at 7:56 p.m. that a family member was stealing the caller's possessions.

--

James V. Westeren of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, after a 12:20 a.m. Sunday vehicle stop at Second Avenue West and First Street West.

Satchel Ridge Cole of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of DUI and seat belt violation and on a Justice or City court warrant after a Sunday 12:37 a.m. vehicle stop on 12th Avenue.

Jessica Rose Pewitt of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a 7:53 a.m. Sunday caller on Fourth Avenue reported hearing a female voice yelling for someone to call the police.

A fake $100 bill was reported at a First Street West establishment Sunday at 8:43 a.m.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after building materials were reported stolen in the Third Street alley Sunday at 11:46 a.m.

--

A Sunday 11:49 a.m. report of a line hanging off a pole on First Street West was referred to another agency.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported at 12:30 p.m. Sunday that a juvenile on 11th Street West didn't return home overnight.

--

Officers investigated a 1:47 p.m. Sunday report on 15th Street that a family member needed help with a domestic issue.

--

A theft of items from a First Street business was reported Sunday at 11:28 p.m.

Officers investigated a 12:43 a.m. report this morning from First Street Northeast of an altercation.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported a van playing really loud music on First Street at 12:54 a.m. today.

--

Over the weekend reporting period, officers also dealt with several reports of loose, nuisance and/or aggressive dogs, three responses resulted in written or verbal warnings being issued, and one report of an abused dog was investigated.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Friday 7:58 a.m. caller on First Street Southeast in Box Elder reported a house was broken into during the night.

Eugene Kelly Parisian of Box Elder, 66, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop in Box Elder at 3:12 p.m. Saturday.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Washington Avenue South reported Saturday at 3:27 p.m. that juveniles on four-wheelers were tearing up the road.

--

Martha Mae Matkovich of Great Falls, 67, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 4:07 p.m.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on U.S. Highway 87 in Box Elder at 2:03 p.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to eight calls Friday, three calls Saturday and nine calls Sunday.

--

Firefighters responded to one call each day Friday, Saturday and Sunday, none of which required any action.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter had no dogs or cats as of this morning.
