Havre Police Department

A noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 1:27 p.m. Tuesday call from 3rd Street.

Officers investigated a 2:57 p.m. Tuesday call from 17th Street about stolen medication.

Officers investigated a 3 p.m. Tuesday report at the police station about someone receiving a scam check in the mail.

Officers investigated a 7:25 p.m. Tuesday report at the police station about a real estate sign that was stolen.

Officers investigated a 7:53 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a bike stolen from the back parking lot.

Tayla Wren Overlie, 26, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant and charges of obstructing a peace peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers served a warrant at 10:14 p.m. Tuesday at a 1st Street West business.

Someone was arrested after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 3:05 a.m. this morning on Smithville Road. No other information was given.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an 11:05 a.m. Tuesday call from Mooney Coulee Lane about a cabin that was broken into at Beaver Creek Park.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 300 Block of 1st Street West at 10:23 p.m. Tuesday to investigate a furnace that was smoking.

Animal Shelter

A male black cat was placed in the shelter Jan. 20, a male black cat Feb. 20, a female black cat March 7 and a male cream, black and white cat March 19.

Births

A girl was born to Elizabeth Pitzer and Monte Fox Jr. of Fort Belknap March 23, 2015.

A boy was born to Samantha Jo and Tyler Warren Thompson of Havre March 24, 2015.
