Havre Fire Department

Joshua Daniel Kaupang, 32, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers served a warrant on 1st Street West at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigated a 5:31 p.m. Tuesday call from 2nd Street and 10th Avenue about a noninjury motor vehicle crash between a Chevrolet Equinox and Pontiac Grand Prix.

Mitchell Carl Grant, 26, of Hays was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order after officers investigated a 6:13 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Street Northeast about the calling party being followed by someone she has a protective order against.

A motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 7:05 p.m. Tuesday call from 11th Street and 6th Avenue.

LInda Leann Gooch, 28, of Havre was arrested on charges of following too close in a motor vehicle and seat belt violation and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 8th Avenue at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigated an 11:35 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about the calling party having questions for an officer about a business selling tobacco to a minor.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 9:45 a.m. Tuesday call from 5th Street North about a vehicle window that was shot out.

Nathan Keith Washington, 20, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 1:40 p.m

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and two this morning.
