North Central Senior Center, Aug. 31 to Sept. 4

Here are activities planned at the coming week for the North Central Senior Center:

Would you like to be a volunteer? We at the Senior Center are very thankful for the many volunteers who help daily and also during our special events. If you would be willing to share your time and talents, please call 265-5464 or stop at 2 2nd St. West.

Having a rummage sale? We would be happy to take any leftover items. Call 265-5464.

Monday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; painting at 1 p.m.

Tuesday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Bingo at 1:15 p.m.

Wednesday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; TOPS at 8 a.m.; cards at 1 p.m.

Thursday — Transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; cards at 1 p.m.; Walmart/Kmart shopping at 1 p.m.

Friday — Medical transportation is availablefrom 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., but people must make a request 24 hours in advance.

Monday — Soup, chicken broccoli casserole, garlic cheddar biscuits, fruit salad

Tuesday — Salad, roast beef, mashed potatoes/gravy, green beans, rollswith margarine, peach cobbler

Wednesday — Chicken enchilada casserole, Mexican fiesta rice, lettuce salad, pears, milk

Thursday — Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, bread with margarine, applesauce bars

Friday — Soup, salad bar, chef’s choice, dessert, milk
