Havre Police Department

Stuart McKenzie McIntosh, 86, of Havre was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after officers responded to a 10:13 a.m. Wednesday call from a 3rd Street business about a drunk man in the office who drove there.

Joe Don Demontiney, 33, of Big Sandy was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, driving without a motorcycle endorsement and DUI after an officer made a motor vehicle stop to a motorcycle at 1:42 p.m. Wednesday on 10th Street.

Officers investigated a 6:46 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street West business about a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash between a white pickup truck and silver car.

Officers investigated an 11:11 p.m. Wednesday request at the police station about assisting a theft investigation out of Great Falls.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 1:01 a.m. call this morning about the calling party being chased, almost run off the road by a blue Nissan that was now at the calling party’s girlfriend’s house smashing stuff on his girlfriend’s mother’s car.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Wednesday.

Animal Shelter

A male orange cat with a red collar, a male black and white cat and a female tan terrier mix were placed into the shelter.
