Sarah Renee Shelton, 18, of Havre was arrested on charges of “other-traffic crime” and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, after an officer initiated a motor vehicle stop on 5th Avenue at 9:52 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Tuesday at 11:20 a.m. of a found black wallet.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Tuesday at 11:34 a.m. of a roofing company not doing the work they had been paid to do.

During a motor vehicle stop in the Havre area Tuesday at 12:26 p.m., an officer arrested Samuel Lynn Latray, 32, of Havre on charges of criminal endangerment, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, reckless driving, operating a vehicle with fictitious plates, stop sign violation, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, probation violation and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and on a pickup and hold order. Also arrested was Tyson Elliot Latray, 24, of Rudyard on a state District Court warrant and on charges of probation violation, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and obstructing justice.

A summons was issued to Marcus James Jones, 19, of Havre on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia at a 12th Avenue location Tuesday at 3:44 p.m.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Tuesday at 6:48 p.m. of a watch found in a parking lot.

Officers rendered services after a caller at 2nd Street and 13th Avenue reported finding a needle at 7:02 p.m. Tuesday.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 3:55 p.m. Tuesday report from 1st Avenue Northeast of the complainant’s daughter getting attacked by a dog.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

The Havre Fire Department responded to two calls Tuesday: a gas leak caused by a venting system that needed to be cleaned, and later a dumpster fire at the 1100 Block of 17th Street West. The cause of the dumpster fire is unknown.

A girl was born Oct. 7, 2015, to Cassidi and Tucker Dunn of Havre.
