Havre Police Department

Joseph Paul Small, 28, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an 11th Street West caller report a loud party at 6:03 a.m. Friday.

An arrest was made in a Tri-Agency Safe Trails Task Force case on a drug offense call made at 11:26 a.m. Friday on 2nd Street Northeast. No further details about the arrest were provided.

Officers investigated a complaint made at the police station about the complainant’s ex-boyfriend Friday at 4:07 p.m. The complainant reported at 7:40 p.m. receiving a text that indicated the ex-boyfriend may have entered her residence, and officers were asked to go through the residence before she entered.

Officers were called to assist a citizen on 9th Avenue Friday at 5:57 p.m.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury crash on 1st Street Friday at 6:12 p.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a 3rd Avenue caller reported Friday at 9:08 p.m. smelling marijuana in her home.

Jason Ed Keeling, 41, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of obscene phone call, after officers investigated a Friday 9:36 p.m. report of the caller’s ex-boyfriend sending a threatening text message.

Jalyn Rose Azure, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and endangering the welfare of children and a 17-year-old was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, juvenile curfew violations, probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a pick u and hold order, after an officer reported at 11:27 Friday two people running away from hin on 11th Avenue.

Makyla Shayd Fetter, 21, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and Bobbie Jean Brown, 36, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after a caller at a 1st Street business reported two women fighting Saturday at 2:58 a.m.

Officers investigated a report made Saturday at 10:21 a.m. from 1st Avenue that someone had run into the cement wall in the alley.

Caleb Logan Denny, 18, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer; Ronald Brian Folk II, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer and criminal contempt and on a Justice or City court warrant; Angela NezPerce Moreni, 18, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia; and a 17-year-old was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer and on a state District Court warrant after an officer responded to a complaint from a 1st Street business Saturday at 10:07 p.m.

Eric James Hawley, 39, of Havre was arrested on charges of probation violation, criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a caller at a 1st Street establishment reported a man trying to start fights needing to be removed Saturday at 11:56 p.m.

Adrian Louis Corcoran, 24, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and unlawful restraint, after dispatch received a 2:46 a.m. Sunday 911 call and hangup that was then plotted to the viaduct on 7th Avenue.

Officers investigated a string of burglaries and thefts from the previous night reported Sunday: theft of purse reported from Monroe Avenue at 7:23 a.m.; a 5th Avenue business broken into and reported at 7:11 a.m.; a 1st Street business broken into and reported 8:51 a.m.; a 5th Avenue resident reported thefts from two unlocked vehicles; a rifle taken from a vehicle and reported at 10:46 a.m. from 12th Street; a vehicle entered into on Sage Brush Drive and reported at 1:31 p.m.; and a 3rd Avenue residence broken into and missing cash and face cream, reported at 11:25 p.m.

Jerry Leon Yost, 42, of Havre was arrested on charges of assault on a minor and assault with a weapon, after a Main Street caller reported the assault Sunday at 6:14 p.m.

Khiana Nicole Berg, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, minor in possession, resisting arrest and violation of conditions of release, after a 3rd Street caller reported a drunken woman fighting with a male relative Sunday at 6:51 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jennifer Jean Cazier, 32, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after deputies served the warrant at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 8:04 a.m.

Deputies investigated a Saturday 10:11 a.m. report of a burglary from a Fresno cabin.

Leona Fae Wright, 29, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of operating a vehicle without valid registration and operating a vehicle without insurance, after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street West at 3:01 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies investigated a Sunday 9:44 a.m. complaint from a caller on North Willow Creek Road.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, one call Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Fire crews responded to four calls over the weekend:

Friday at 11:26 a.m. fire crews were called to a 5th Avenue facility because a compressor had started smoking. The compressor was shut down and the smoke cleared from the building without incident.

——

A caller reported a house fire Friday at 7:53 p.m. on 14th Street West but investigation revealed it was a false alarm.

——

Fire crews investigated a possible gas leak on 5th Avenue at 12:11 a.m. Investigation revealed that the smell was coming from a bleach bottle that had been thrown in the garbage can.

——

Another fire call for a gas odor at 1:29 a.m. on 16th Street turned out to be odor from a very strong air freshener.

A girl was born Thursday, Nov. 12, for Cesilee and Ryan Storkson of Havre.
