Obituary - Robert "Bob" Charles Laufer

Robert “Bob” Charles Laufer, 59, of Havre,  passed away on March 8, 2016.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at the First Baptist Church in Havre at 11 a.m., with a luncheon to follow. Robert “Bob” was born on Feb. 26, 1947, in San Fransisco, to Patricia Hyde and Arthur Laufer. They later moved to Montana, where Bob graduated from Havre High School in 1975.

Bob met the love of his life, Crystal in 1988 and the couple married in 1995, they had one child, Pamela. Crystal and Pam were his whole world.

Bob was a huge fan of wrestling. He enjoyed learning about the Civil War. He was the biggest Elvis fan. Bob worked at the 4Bs for 18 years. Bob enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Bob is survived by his parents, Patricia Hyde of Ballantine, and Arthur Laufer of Rudyard; his wife, Crystal of Havre; daughter, Pamela (Jason) Evans; granddaughter, Bella Rose Evans; siblings, Swan of Denver and Mary Laufer of Havre; and many nieces and nephews.

Bob is preceded in death by his stepmother, Cheryl Laufer, and stepfather, Elmer Hyde, a brother, James Laufer, and a sister, Sandy Smith.
