Officers investigated a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation related complaint Friday at 8:29 a.m.

Cody Tyler Sutherland, 24, of Box Elder was arrested after he called police from 5th Street and 4th Avenue and reported Friday at 4:19 p.m. that he wanted to speak to an offcier about getting fired and not being paid.

Donna Sue Meyers, 70, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a 1st Street West business caller reported Friday at 7:35 p.m. that a woman who had been asked to leave wouldn’t.

Roger Anthony Longknife III, 48, of Harlem, was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller from a 1st Street West establishment reported Friday at 9:12 p.m. that a man urinated in the women’s bathroom and was last seen walking toward the next business.

Officers investigated a theft report after a caller said Friday at 9:22 p.m. that someone had stolen a bottle of her pills.

Officers investigated a beer theft after a caller from a 1st Street West business made the report Saturday at 5:50 a.m.

Officers investigated a stolen go-cart report after a 2nd Street caller made the report Saturday at 10:12 a.m.

Avery Jordan Boe, 31, of Hays was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of having an open container after a caller from a 1st Street West business reported an intoxicated man Saturday at 10:40 a.m.

Officers assisted a citizen Saturday at 1:01 p.m.

Scott Vasecka, 59, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property and resisting arrest after a 1st Street establishment caller reported Saturday at 5:06 p.m. a man who wouldn’t leave the bar.

Theresa Kate Small, 37, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 8:23 p.m. on 16th Avenue.

Michael Emge, 47, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of assault after a caller from a 1st Street establishment reported Saturday at 8:31 p.m. that a man picked him up and threw him on the ground.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a 1st Street caller said someone was trying to break into his apartment.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Smithville Road caller reported Sunday at 8:29 a.m. that he was assaulted by his ex.

Officers investigated a complaint after a 19th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 8:47 p.m. that a cat was hanging form a tree.

John Gary Grow, 60, of Havre was arrested for driving under the influence after an 11th Street West caller reported Sunday at 9:24 p.m. that a man was driving on the roof of the building.

Officers investigated a gas drive-off after a caller from a 1st Street business called this morning at 1:59 to report the call was a miscommunication and not a drive-off.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a motor vehicle crash after a caller near 82nd Avenue and Highway 87 reported Sunday at 5:16 p.m. that a vehicle had rolled over.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, four Saturday and five Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a fire call on U.S. Highway 2 East, near the Blaine County line Sunday at 11:38 p.m. after a sparks off a vehicle had ignited spot fires in the nearby field
